Strategic Advisory and Leadership Focus

  • Large Global Retailer (Senior Leadership Team): Worked with a range of international senior leaders to improve departmental effectiveness and efficiency. Led operating model reviews and improvements across HR, Digital/IT, Customer Services & Remote Selling, Customer Fulfilment, Real Estate, Marketing and Sales, Communications, Sustainability, Strategy Development, and Innovation, among others.
  • C-Suite in Global Retailer (Transformation Office Design): Collaborated with the c-suite to improve strategic change programmes. Designed and established a Transformation Office, including activity and role design. The department was successfully set up, implemented, and integrated into operations within 12 months.


Transformational and Advisory Support

  • Further Education Institution (Transformation Journey Advisory): Provided objective sound-board advisory for a transformation journey within a further education institution, helping guide key decisions and strategy throughout the process.
  • Public Sector (OD&D Conference Speaker): Presented a case study on the complexities and challenges of organisation design and development (OD&D) at a public sector conference. Shared insights into the messiness of real-world OD&D scenarios, offering practical examples and strategies to navigate organisational change.


Sector-Specific and Operational Advisory

  • Aviation Manufacturing & Retail (Efficiency and Effectiveness): Assisted both an aviation manufacturing organisation and a retail company in improving efficiency and effectiveness of administrative activities. Designed HR and Finance Service Centres and supported the operating elements needed for successful implementation.
  • Country Management Team (UK & Ireland Retail/Distribution): Worked with the Country Management team across the UK and Ireland markets to implement a new payroll system. Advised on the redesign of operating elements to ensure smooth system implementation.
