Training

  • Worked with a large global retailer who put together a new team to focus on global organisation effectiveness and transformation.  New team consisted of experts from all parts of retail, but with limited knowledge of organisation design. Trained and then mentored this team in all aspects of organisation design and assisted them to become self-sufficient and less reliant on consultants.


  • Trained various key senior business leaders within a large global retailer in how to design and introduce and implement an Organisational Effectiveness Review process to feed organisation strategy setting and operational improvements.


  • Worked with a medical manufacturing organisation looking to empower their employees and create a people-centred culture with strong accountability.  Provided training and mentoring in how to setup and operate self-directed teams including how to conduct and work with ongoing teams maturity assessments.


  • Worked with an aviation manufacturing organisation looking to create a cultural shift while also moving premises. Assisted with the design and implementation of a LEAN-SIGMA training program to lift capability and knowledge as a step towards future-proofing operational excellence.


  • Worked with the global leader of an HR department who wanted to uplift the skillset of HR employees across the globe as well as reorganising the setup.  Designed and implemented an HR competency framework together with a relevant training and development programme (combination of virtual and physical) that supported the performance shift.


Advisory

  • Worked with c-suite in large global retailing company looking to improve their strategic change programmes. Designed a Transformation Office department including activities and role design. Department successfully setup, implemented and integrated into operations within 12 months.


  • Worked with both an aviation manufacturing organisation as well as a retailing company who needed to make efficiency and effectiveness changes to the administrative activities.  Assisted by designing an HR and Finance Service Centre and supporting operating elements needed to enable successful implementation.


  • Worked with a range of international senior leaders within a large global retailer who were looking to improve their departmental effectiveness and efficiency.   Assisted a number of operating model reviews and improvements within HR, Digital/IT, Customer services & remote selling;  Customer fulfilment; Real Estate; Marketing and Sales; Communications; Sustainability, Strategy Development and Innovation and many more.


  • Worked with Country Management team covering UK and Ireland markets for both retail and distribution who were looking to implement a new payroll system.  Assisted with outlining the operating elements needing to be redesigned in order to secure a smooth system implementation.
